The data provided to the operator of this site when filling in the Contact Form will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation for the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679). 

The contact form made available on the site has the sole purpose of allowing visitors to contact the operator of the site itself, if they wish, by sending an e-mail via the aforementioned form.

The data voluntarily provided through the form will be converted into an e-mail that may be stored in the reception system used by the data controller of the website. This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data resulting from the navigation of the site be recorded.

The purpose of processing of the data you entered is as follows:

I hereby inform you, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679, that the personal data provided by you or otherwise acquired by the same with respect to the provisions of the current legislation, may be processed in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and confidentiality obligations.


3. NATURE OF PROVISION AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

The provision of data through the contact form is optional. However, refusal to provide it for the purposes set forth in Art.1 will make it impossible to contact the website operator through the contact form provided.

5. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The user also has the right to:

  • request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and, in any case, to object to their processing for legitimate reasons;

  • request and obtain from the Data Controller - in cases where the processing is carried out by automated means - their personal data in a format readable by automatic device, also in order to disclose such data to another data controller ( right to portability of personal data);

  • revoke consent at any time (the processing carried out before the revocation, however, retains its lawfulness);

  • lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it.

 

6. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Processing will last no longer than the time required to fulfill the purposes for which the data were collected.


7. COOKIES

This site uses session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and disappear when the browser is closed) strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the sites.
